yeah, bi-pipe should be pretty simple and I would agree with 2k no more than 2 hours tops labor, but as far as installing the snub mount your going to be pulling the front off.

im getting the Samco hoses, DVs, snub mount, and Bipipe for 3 hours labor. i figure that's fair. if he wants to take the bumper off, fine....same cost to me.
