yeah, i thik so too, that was the first mod if you can call it that, i got. if you notice when you get on the gas the shifter will move some, when i put mine on that was gone and much tighter for the throws.

it helped mine alot not as much noise but some still i think that is jsut the way the car is. also a shift kit will help some too or maybe she jsut throws the gears really hard.
