hate to tell you this but tell her to take ti easy or jstu say you like to drive , i really dont know what to tell you other then take her out and teach her some more about shifting. the DTS will help some with that but with her sort of dumping the clutch everytime will jsut cook it faster. i think your up a shitty creek.

Will this stabilizer work on a TIP? I get a slight thud, so to speak when I get back into the gas from a coast. Will this eliminate that?

Note my sig, ASP make one. yes, it will help, but you might have a broken motor or trans mounts, you might also need a new snub mount.

I too will be getting the DTS, its good to hear I researched to the same conclusion. I cant stand the stick movement. As for the "clunk and thump". Your fly wheel may be damaged.

Sounds like your trans mounts are shot.

If you do decide to get a DTS, the ASP one is cheaper, and the same thing.

i think the thud hes talking about is that sound from the rear axle if you take to long to shift to 4-6 since the gears are close. women always take forever shifting cus "i dont wanna break your car, youll hate me then". thats how my gf is at least

Paying more attention, I only get the clunk from shifting @ 2500 rpm. Im not dumping, I release slightly until it grabs...give a little gas to match rpms...then fully release....then give more gas to excel. This prevents the car from jumping and my girl from stabbing herself in the eye with makeup, but the thump accurs. If I shift sooner @ 1500k rpm or later @ 3500k rpm it wont thump, but sooner pisses off traffic, and later causes the car to jolt. That RS4 clutch w/stock OEM hydro master cylinder grabs quick. I have to use my toes for precision. Are the mounts on the DTS and snub rubber or eurathane?
