Default AWE stage 3 kit + FPR?

i had ordered the ECS tuning adj. fuel pressure regulator + fuel pressure gauge a while ago, thinking i was going to do a homebrew stage 3 setup. Well, i changed my mind and bought the awe-tuning stage 3 kit (w/o manifolds). It doesnt come with an fpr, so im assuming it wants you to use the stock 4bar? however since i have the adj. fpr, should i use it anyway? will i see any benfit on running more fuel pressure?

It will be nice to see the fuel pressure, and yes it can help a little with tuning. While it's not required, it can be helpful, just don't expect much from it.

it will do nothing but make it run richer than it should.

It's adjustable, so it could be leaner also. It's just a tuning tool, nothing more.
