Default B5 S4 Headlight Problem

So, I changed my headlight and still no joy. Is the ballast the metal piece that attaches to the back of the bulb? If so does anyone know where I can get one and how hard it is to change???

The ballast is the silver part on the bottom of the headlight, held in with torx screws.

The thing on the back of the bulb, is just the connector.

What is your problem?

Yeah I read that post. I was sure it was a ballast, just wasnt sure what the ballast was. Yeah I put new bulbs in and put the driver's side into the passenger side. Works on passenger and not drivers side. Hoping to find someone with one for kinda cheap around jacksonville, or that can get one here soon.... Thanks guys...
