heres the deal
01 S4... 192 000kms just bought from montreal, clutch went... replaced... vacum hose and turbo hose went.. replaced... flat tire... replaced... front bumper destroyed from the flat bed... in progress, aftermarket alarm system lock me out on the side of the high way middle of nowhere... yup

ALL DURING THE 10 HOUR DRIVE TO HOME FROM MONTREAL!!! Had to syncro shift with no clutch for 900 kms of highway and a little city driving.Oh, and i just had an R32 Skyline blow up on me a month prior after owning it for 2 weeks.
Bad luck or am i cursed?

Heres whats going on now
I cant find 1st 2nd 3rd or reverse, all three gears make me sweat to jam the shifter in gear, 2nd buzz's every time i shift into it... My shop is telling me $$$ I just dropped 1200 on a new clutch, and tons getting this thing from where i friggin bought it to home.

Joined the club years ago with my first a4... with 340 000kms on it and not a single problem

 

Hope you didnt pay alot, 'cause it sounds like you just got taken...

 

welcome to B5 S4 ownership. just wait till the turbos go or you wanna change out down pipes. good luck!

ya... I remember my a4 2.8. Damn that was a reliable car lol
