Default Bilstein PSS-9 coilovers

I have a chance to get a set of used PSS-9's. Anyone here have them or know how they are? Please let me know as I need to get this underway within a week or two. thanks

IMO they are one of the best coilovers on the market.

I noticed that they are priced much higher then any of the other systems, why is this?

They are high quality engineered and they test their products on the Nürburgring. IMO they are number one in europe for suspension parts.

I really just want my car a little stiffer and more responsive with a lower ride height. I have looked at Vogtland GT's and bilstein / H&R combo. any more thoughts on those??

Bilstein makes good stuff, im sure the pss-9's are a solid product. Probably not what i would buy though.

While bilstein and H&R is nice its not adjustable, i have them on my car but id reccomend somehting else just for adjustability

Vogtland GT's come highly reccomended so thats probably what i would go with if i was in your shoes. They arent the most hard-core but they are definitly great for the street and minor track usage

The bilsteins are adjustable in terms of ride height and "rebound" (can't remember the technical name but it's how hard it pushes down to get the wheel back on the ground after you hit a bump). I have them on my car and I think they're great for handling, but I have not tried others so I have no basis for comparison. By the way, if you don't have a rear swaybar yet, get one. Very cheap and makes a big difference.
