You are going to be stuck going with D/V's Diverter Valves, if you try and run a BOV youll be hurting your car. I just got my self a set of Forge Motor sport D/V's and It has made a noticeable change in my car.

sry didnt wanna come off as an ***, just saying most people dont search when this has been discussed many times before. The jist of it is that dont get 1, or 2 BOV's cuz our cars dont like it. Im not exactly completely sure about y, but it makes the car run way too rich and its not good. Get a pair of OEM DV's from the TT (710N's), or a set of Forge 007/Bailey forged DV's and ur good to go. If you want the woosh, search for the "darintake" mod.

One more thing...the lltek blow off valve could be a good choice if u set ur blow off valve to only make the noise ....im not sure tho

http://www.lltek.com/DBOV_turbo_divertor_blowoff.htm no one really answered if the lltek ones are good or not ...You will decide the pressure level at which excess air will be released and you will set the limits on how much air will be released. You can also adjust the noise level of the "Blow-Off".

thx

my friend has a vw gti and he put the lltek dv/bov ajustable **** on his car and he said nothing but problems..apparently (since the engine of the S4 is shoe-horned in the bay) the heat will eventually make it more difficult to ajust the settings...my advice is go with the DV's (I have stratmosphere) and if u really need to have the BOV sound u can buy a plug for the hose (tho i do not recomend)

Two problems ive heard of with BOVs. 1 is that it is horrible for the car. and 2 is that BOVs sound to asian and are considered rice in the euro tuner world. But its your car and make it how u want toim just trying to help.
