Any one installed a oct tuning boost gauge? or seen one. Its mounted on behind the tachometer. check it out! I wonder if it would be hard to install one?

 

Sounds like you're referring to "Achtuning" which as far as I can tell only offers the APR vent mount. Still looking around though...it sounds cool.

OCT boost guage is pretty sweet. Its actually a whole new guage face for the tachometer with the LED's behind it, the new speed guage that went up to 180mph is no longer available.

Word is 3-4 hours install, and not very difficult. Unlike many conventional guages it reads boost form your ECU.

First of all it only reads up to like 22 psi which is a little low for just about anyone with upgraded turbos.
Second you lose the S4 logo in your tach (depending on early or late model)
Third its $400?!?

Im torn between the NEW awe vent pod (the one that boasts good lighting, accurate readings, 30psi, and correct colors) and a custom 2 pod A pillar set up. The new AWE guage sounds really good to me

Ahh ok, when you said oct tuning I immediately thought "achtuning". I have never heard of O.CT until now. That is a pretty sweet gage, but like HP Addict, I want my S4 logo and the price tag is a bit hefty as well conidering the otheroptions below 100 bucks. I can live with a 4 hr install.

How accurate of a reading do you get with the ecm reading?

 

It should be as good or better than other guages. I really do like the OCT guage but theres too many minor flaws that steer me away from it.
