A/C Delete ???
Wrapping up a motor pull./ turbo rebuild / piggie (home made -thanks for the how toos!) / interior strip / cage install / brake upgrade and while i am at it, heck, why not pull the AC and save some weight. Could not find a good DIY link. Thanks...pretty much a newbie, happy to share what i have learned on motor pulls/etc.

AC sucks man. Its a straightforward removal for the most part... first you have to release pressure, i believe you can do it up on the 2 lines behind the first firewall on the passenger side. Its toxic or bad for the enviroment or some **** so be carefull, i dont know proper disposal.
You can disconnect your condenser in front of the radiator and compressor, these can both be worth some money if you wanna sell em. From there just start ripping out the lines, i cut off the bracket for the canister. I was lazy so i just used a cutting wheel to hack up the hardlines and remove them.
youll need a new serp belt, 6PK1725 should be the right size if you keep your viscous fan, i got an EFK too and needed a shorter one...6pk1600 i believe.
The only thing i didnt remove was the core in the dash, too much work at the time
I never use AC, i live in NH so theres not too many HOT days every year. I never use AC on my cars. Windows down does it for me.
