I bought Hella horns and I can't find a good like to a DIY procedure. Does anyone know if I can access the horns from the fender well?

Nope, you got to pull the bumper off.

I spent a good 2 hours the other night trying to do it without pulling the bumper, you can get the passenger side out, but not the drivers side because of the windsheild washer res.
