The o2 sensors they are talking about are part of the automatic emissions catalytic convertor testers if you will. these have no affect on your fuel trim. They will throw the light if they sense your catalytic convertors are no longer working or are missing. They pcm compares the value these produce with the value your primary o2 sensors (fuel management) are producing. Like they are saying there are ways around them. That would be f'ing loud though cause i just fired mine up with out the mufflers and it was way loud!

ok fellas, I race cars almost every weekend in the summer and on our car the only exhaust we have is headers to about 2 feet of 3 inch pipe to a super trapp muffler. which as you know youcan add plates to the end of it to get it to the decibal that you want. well we took all those off. so it's basically straight pipe and I love the smell of gasoline in the morning. I am also from Nor Cal and i grew up in the mountains, which means when we would run out of gas we wouuld syphon it out of other peoples cars So theres not to much that bothers me anymore with the smells of vehicles. And believe me there is nothing like a mouth full ofexxon to get you going. hahaha no was soon as i can get a shop to do it i am in. I'll keep you all posted.

Oh yeah and for the O2 sensors I'll figure that **** out as we go.

I thought you can put leaded gas in the car... The person at the race gas place told me it won't harm the engine but it will screw up the cats... Anybody know about this for sure?
