CEL Flashes under hard acceleration

The other day I was doing some spirited driving in my 2000 tip and the checlk engine light stated to blink, but stopped a couple seconds later. Any help woul be appriciated.

go to autozone and ask to have the CEL read... nobody can tell you anything until we see what the codes for.

My buddys a4 did that and it turned out to be spark plugs /wires. But like stated above get the codes read.

But can it be checked because even though it turned off almost right away?

yup, the code is stored in the ECU.
