I know the rear rotors are held on by the brake caliper and brake support. Just take the wheels off. Use a 13mm and 15mm wrench to take the two bolts out that connect the caliper to the support. Pull the caliper off. Remove brake pads from support. Then use I believe its either 6mm or 8mm allen the remove the two bolts holding the support on. The two bolts are behind the rotor. Remove the support and the rotor basically falls off. If not get a rubber hammer and knock on it a bit to loosen the rust holding it on. My thought on the rotor/ceramic combo is that since my rotors are pretty used, and will eventually need replaced, I would just use them w/ the ceramics until they go bad, and then put slotted rotors on.
