Buy an Audi tt inner fenderwell that has a vent. Then cut the vent out of the tt inner fenderwell and same size out of your inner fenderwell and rivet the vent into your inner fenderwell. I did this on my b5 s4 and positioned it so the air flows right by the intercooler to make that cool which in turn will cool the turbos better. It might not do a ton of cooling but for 25$ it's worth the little bit of money!

Well mine had one on the drivers side already when I bought it so I put one on the other side too to match!

 

ahhhh, i see. i think the one on the drivers side is for better airflow to the oil cooler and tranny cooler(if you have tip). nice mod.

some people run water squirters on their intecoolers so they can spray them to cool them down. its a cheap mod with decent results. the scoobie sti has them stock.
