The sticky thread is for the B5 S4. His car is a B6. There are a few choices out there. All kinda expensive and of dubious value. I run a K&N panel insert in my stock airbox. It helped a little with my highway mileage and no noticable power improvement.

The chip is what gave me noticable gains. I like the APR chip, had GIAC, had it reflashed on both my TT & S4. The interface via the cruise control stalk is much more elegant than the flashloader interface that the GIAC setup uses. The GIAC is a hair more aggressively tuned, but again, I prefer the user interface of the APR product.
