Default Was curious....?

Do you guys think for a DIY that I could replace the rear main engine seal and fix my clutch problem? I mean I know the rear main seal is like a 9hr job if you are a mechanic but I am really tired of dishing out money to a mechanic. Mind you I only have a garage and 4 jack stands. Also I am going to go with some piggie pipes and I hear those are a pain in the *** to get in and out. Also since my trans is going to be dropped will my stock dp's be easier to get out? I haven't done any work being under the car so it's going to be a shock I'm sure. Thanks an advance

ya the down pipes will be a hell of a lot easier to get out. I havent have a clue for DIY for it. If you mechanically incline It isnt that bad to do although I did mine when I took my motor apart out of the car. That was a PITA putting everything back.
