So, after contemplating spending over a grand on a set of smic's, I decided to put the money to better use and buy a used miller tig welder and make them myself.

using a treadstone core and fabbed the end tanks myself.

Here are pics of my progress, im welding the inlets tonight and will update when complete.

Pressure tested both and they are leak free.

log taken after 10 minutes of driving, outside temp was 86F. Slope of temp rise from 20-50 degrees will be vastly different then from 80/90 degrees and up.

This is on ft's 24psi, no meth, no shrouds (yet)




I will take more logs once I have the shrouds finished up.
