Default Damaged radiator

I took my car to the shop to get some audio stuff installed and the coolant temp sensor warning came on and i told them to look at it and it turns out something small like a rock or pebble has hit the radiator and is causing it to leak. It looks as if it went through the bottom grill, But that seems rather unlikely, has anyone else experienced like this. They said it could'nt be patched because of the material the radiator is made out of.

Ok, is there a question in there? Sounds like you need a new radiator.

ya... has anyone else experienced like this. I just think that it is really unlikely that something can fly inbetween my grill and hit the radiator when there is no other kind of scratches or damage anywehre else

Nope, it's totally possible, and I known it to happen.
