Same engine is in the Maxima, just tune different. Dont sleep on the Altima.

 

I agree with some of these guys. You'll beat him, but not by much. Just don't mess around. Those 3.5 Altimas have enough power that you don't really want to be caught off-guard staring one down in a stock B5. With a chip it would be almost a joke race, but stock, I would advise caution.

The fact that Altimas are FWD also tips things in their direction, since you suffer MUCH more driveline loss with the quattro. Good luck, make us proud!

 

i think it will be an interesting race... i smoked an SE-R until we got on the highway. you think you could take my car, sig reflects mods. i wouldnt race him from a roll or anything if i were you. my buddy raped the same SE-R in his stock SRT-4. so can you keep up with them? i think you should win but you never know. where are you? is it hot or cold. race him at night so your KO3's are happier.

 

sorry guys, i went back up to school and forgot about this thread, well anyways he never would race me after all the talk he did, oh well, maybe i'll see him next time im in charlotte, on a similar note i raced my friend with a maxima, same engine, from a dig and a roll and beat him both times, so, i'm assuming the altima would be very similar.

 

Is it me, or did nobody realize that this thread was almost a year & 1/2 old...
