Matt, you really need to learn how to post pics!!!
1. Copy JUST the URL
2. Paste URL.
3. Highlight the pasted URL
4. Click on the "image" button on the top of the tool bar. This should put {image]your picture here[/image} around the URL, swap the {} for ][

The torque & early HP look good, but you are dyeing in the upper RPM's after 5000. Your also on a Dynojet, they usually give you better numbers. I would expect you to be 10-20hp higher for what you have. I would suspect that there is something wrong some where. You should have put the ECU into stock mod, just to see the curve differance. My bet is you have a boost leak some where, or leaking DV's You should be over 200whp till redline, you are dropping off WAY to much.

Did they log A/F & boost? That would be very helpful!
This is on a Mustang dyno (read lower #'s) Turbo back, stock program

Same mods, but GIAC flash. You can see stock is just under 10psi, & my GIAC is 16psi, but look how both my HP curve hold on & don't fall out. Look how flat my torque is.
Yours should be a little more like this one, just a little lower #s due to my DP's.

2ks4,
sorry about the pictures i use photobucket and check them all and then generate html and i have tried all 4 different ways they let you and none of them work for me..thanks for fixing[sm=icon_rock.gif]

they said the same thing as you !!!, they actually letthe dyno and my carcool down cause the first run went way down after the early peak, it pretty much fell off...they let it cool down and ran it again and it was somewhat better...

no they did not log a/f or boost..it was at a car show at KTR performanceand i got 3 pulls ...

and maybe it is the dv's leaking cause i opened them up and checked the spring and seals and i found one of the o-ring seals was melted..

maybe i will get one of those and put it in ,then have it pressure tested for leaks and start there...what do you think is that smart??

and i thought the samething about putting it in stock mode first but im an idiot and thought of it after i was done and the guys were in kind of a rush so i dont know if they would of let me switch it ....

Yea, change the DVs out. I would also find some one with a Vag-com & do some logs, check block 115 & then your 02 voltages, misfires, & lastly throttle %.

Well, are they rebuildable? I would put a vacuum gauge on them & find out & what vacuum they open. Make sure they are the same #s. You said one has a melted o ring? That isn't good, fix it. I think you might have a few little things going on.

No problem....

First I would pressure test the whole system. You might find a leak that only leaks under certain boost.

Then check for any stored codes, with a Vag-com. You should have some kind of stored code. Then do a few pulls & do some logging. You can't go any further, you need to pressure test & log.
