My whole engine is tilting down and the timing belt and pulleys are grinding on the rubber below the latch of the hood. if i get engine mounts will that put it back in place? suggestions?

 

could be but sounds more like your factory snub mount is outta place or just is toast. look at the snub mount form underneath and then check the motor mounts, probably woundt hurt to do both of them and arent all to expensive. Mounts $200 and snub $100? i think ballpark.
