Default Exhaust???

I have been on the internet for quite sometime now looking for an exhaust system for my B6 S4. I am leaning towards a Milltek non-res system. I was wondering if anyone has any imput on after market exhaust for the S4. Thanks.

Hey there! I had a 2004 S4 with a Miltek catback and Hyperflow intake...before I had my third kid and SOLD IT 8 months ago!! Fast forward to last week, when I could no longer handle not driving an S4 anymore...I got a 2005.5 S4 with absolutely no exhaust upgrades at all. Uhhhhhhh...WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I can't get that old setup on this new one fast enough!! The stock pipes are VERY restrictive. Treat yourself and get the non-resonated Catbacks...maybe a bit on the loud side inside the cabin, but I NEVER listened to my sound system because the car sounded better!!

if you got the funds millteck is really nice. youtube has a ton of exhaust clips to listen to. if its just sound you want you cant go wrong with flowmaster or magnaflow muffler replacements. if you really have the funds and dont want the drone you can wrap your whole exhaust with that heat wrap. it drops it down on the inside a few dB's. another trick is to pull up the carpet in the interior and line it with closed cell foam leaving no gaps and cover it back up with your factory carpet. 1/2" does the trick and its way cheaper and better than dynamat, fatmat, ect ect.
