ive had my S4 for several months and now i have saved enough money for exhaust. i was wondering if this idea was a good one: order either the AWE cat back or the Borla, install them myself, and take off the resonators as well. would that be a good plan?? too loud?? preferences to AWE or borla??

 

I just put on the Autospeed cat back, perfect fit, took 45min to install in the driveway, and is about 30lbs less then stock. The sound is sweet, nice and deep and very nice at WOT.

I'm gonna be going with the Borla sometime in the near future. If you do a search you can find videos of an S4 with Borla driving by... Sounds pretty good

 

^^^ Do you have any plans for software? I think you would get bigger gains from software than just exhaust.
