The majority of people I talk to say the stock exhaust needs to be replaced to see the full potential of the stg. 2 ecm from apr running 1 bar. Is there a kit you can run that wont change the sound much? I want something with flow but without the noise accompanied by it. Would I just change the downpipe and piping and keep the stock muffler? Any suggetions on a quiet exhaust system that still flows great?

 

APR makes a stealth exhaust system, and an "STR" which is they're "Racing Exhaust"... they claim the Stealth exhaust system, sounds very similar to stock, with, or without downpipes. i would check into that... www.goapr.com

 

Yea, the stealth is your best bet to get a stock sounding exhaust. It will still sound a bit different but that is your closest bet.
