There is a popular mod called the "darintake" mod. Basically you cut a hole in the bottom of the airbox, this combined with a new filter, like a k&n youll notice a small power gain, and probably some new intake noises. Most popular aftermarket intake kits for the s4 will have a simmilar effect, not noticablly greater than just a darintake and filter. One note on the K&N, i believe the oil dosnt mix well with our MAF sensor.

I still have stock head lights so i shouldnt need the harnesses balasts, levers ect..

Yup all you need are the pair of lenses, your stock wiring etc will go right into those. No advice on city lights though sorry.

www.euro-audi-parts.com has rs4 mirrors but they are expensive as hell im sure you can find sport package mirrors cheaper, hell even look at wrecked s4's. Theres also a huge list of audi websites (most parts related) in the FAQ, check those out im sure a few have sport mirrors.

Hartmann Replicas, sold through www.achtuning.com are good for the rs4 and rs6 wheels your looking for. stasis sells champion motorsports wheels, give them a call and they can prolly get you what ever size offset and width you would want, could be expensive though! makes those hartmann replicas look good.
thanks, Josh

Go to audizine and search the forums there. A lot of guys sell the RS4 chrome mirror covers. Ebay also has them. I dont know if you care about the "knock-offs" or you want real RS4 ones. Big price difference.

I know KN is one of the forum sponsors but let me tell you of my experience with KN.
They come pre-oiled from the factory, and pretty much that's the end of the discussion.
The possibility of dirtying the MAF just increases dramatically.
In fact, here is my MAF on my S4 after dropping in a KN. I basically bought the carat 186K, KN wasone of my first "mods". After driving it for about 4K.... I was having trouble passing smog, and in the process of trouble shooting, i went to clean theMAF and found this mess.I went back to the paper element after cleaning it out.
Now, I understand I can't completely contribute that to the oily KN, but i know its not much help either. I have another issue when i used to drive a Tacoma Prerunner,
I had a KN drop in, and eventually threw a CEL, Toyota replaced bad Cat under warranty. A few months later, happened again (bad cat). Toyota troubleshot it, contributed to a dirty MAF (sending wrong signals to ECU and ECU Adjusts according to incorrect data, causing the car to run lean/rich...and then the CAT can't do it's job properly. Long story short... they told me to change back to OEM paper element.
No,I dont live in a sandstorm. Maybe i just have bad luck.
As far as the other mods are concerned, that's all on your personal preference...your taste changes over time so just get what makes you happy right now =)
