I have owned my S4 for about 2 weeks and I got my first CEL!

Mine turned on as I was driving off the dealers lot!

 

I had my first after 1 week, egt open short to ground code

 

it needs to be scanned then tell us the code

 

osh did you find out what the code is yet?

 

At least I made it through a full tank of gas before the CEL came on! It actually came on right before I went to put gas in it, had 25 miles before tank empty.

Did not get the code scanned yet. I would have to take it to a dealer. Or I can just wait til I get the GIAC chip put on because I think I am going to buy a Vag Com at the same time.

A Vag Com sounds like it would be a good investment!

 

I had mine on the way back from getting my car...granted i was driving back from florida..so its not like it was exactly all that short.. But it was prob half way..so 500-600 miles.. But also mine throws a cell all the time cause of teh high flow cats.

 

Florida? Damn man. You must have really wanted that car.

Mine is on, but the dealer is fixing it now, along with the dash display and the headlight, it was not adjusting like it should.

They said they will take care of it, it is a high end dealer. I will not accept anything but completely fixed.
