Default Front to back multimedia/streo setup

Hey I would really like to comepletely re-do my 2000's stereo system. I was already told I need:
Metra 99-9105 Audi dash kit
Metra 70-1787 Audi/VW Amplified harness
Metra 40-VW54 Amplified antnna adapter, just to install a new head unit with fluip out LCD. I have installed a whole system in an integra but I feel like there is so much more to Audis. I have so many questions. I heard that if I replace the head unit I would need to replace all the speakers in the car as well. Will the safe mode be a problem in an aftermarket headunit (is it programmed into the car or the stock headunit itself)? How/where do I run A/v cables for the amp back to the trunk. Iwould likle to have subs, a playstation 2 or 3 and possibly a computer all in the car. WHat can I do about poering all these as I dont think I could run them off the stock battery. PLease let me know if there is a walk through for this or any thoughts and opinions. Thanks.

1. Those parts you listed are right that you need.
2. With those parts you will NOT need to re-wire/replace your speakers. THats the whole point to the kit.
3. RUnning the AV cables is not that hard. Just run them along the side of the car around the foot area:

Thats the passenger side but it doesn't matter. Then just run it up under the back seat then into the trunk. As for power to run all that... not really sure. LOL

For power to the trunk... i ran 1/0 along the side of the car, it was tough to make it fit but its worth it because i think i might do a second battery someday.
