Default Front bumper removal help

So I gonna sound a like a noob here, but as this it my first adventure working on an audi. Where are the 10mm bolts located on either side of the front bumper? I was working through the audiworld tech article for a timing belt removal and when I came to 10mm bolts which looking at his picture as in fairly plain site, but after looking under my 2001 S4 for nearly 20min I can't find them on either side? is there something I need to remove before I can locate them? I moved back the fender liners, the air box and the washer fluid resevoir for more room, but still can't find the bolts for the front bumper.

Thanks, Justin

yea, you didnt need to remove the washer fluid thing or the air box. sorry lol. since you did remove those, check your pump at the bottom of the resivoir for cracks or leaks, its a common spot and you can avoid that annoying low washer fluid light. and change your air filter...see you can justify removing those parts if you didnt need to
