Just wondering what you guys think it might be? And how much work is involved to fix it what ever it is? Thanks in advance

 

well if I were you i would jack the car up and check your CV boot for a tear because f you have grease on the wheel it realy can only come from one place. When the boot tears it throws the grease all over the shock control arm and the inside of the rim. so jack it up or take it to a good shop and look for aripped CV boot
