I was just wondering what kind of milage you guys average? because im going to go look at a few this weekend

It depends on a few things:
1) How aggressively you drive/get on the throttle
2) If you keep the Tiptronic in S mode vs. D mode. S mode seems to have a better throttle response as well as it hold's it's gear longer (therefore poorer gas mileage).

My best estimate is with typical spirited driving that usually accompanies S4 drivers you'll average 13-18mpg at best. I have the 2007 S4 with tiptronic by the way.

Around town I get about 13-14mpg, but if I have a heavy foot usually 8-9. Highway you can get 23-24 doing 65 and 19-20 around 80. Regardless its not great. Dont be surprised when you see 5.8mpg when you get on it. I have a 6M btw.

Cool i can live with that, its about the same as my subaru. To get 8.5 you have to really be on it though.lol

Make sure you can get an extended warranty! And you can find better deals than that...
