Default got back from the mech..not good news

yesterday drivin up to my grandparents house my check engine light turned on, today i take it to the local vw/audi mechanic(real nice guys btw very helpful) soo they ran a vag scan and the following codes(yes plural) show up

17866 p1458 035...egt sensor 2 short to ground
17862 p1454 035...egt sensor 1 short to ground
17539 p1131 035...bank 2 sensor 1-resistant to high-sporadic dtc
17521 p1113 035...bank 1 sensor 1-resistant to high-sporadic dtc
16825 p0441 035...evap emission control syst. incorrect, purge flow

so from my understanding both egt sensors need to be replaced, the o2 sensors might need to be replaced but it could be a vacuum line or a bad maf and once that problem is fixed then the purge valve may need to be replaced but probably not if the o2 sensors correct themselves.

next i had them give a good once over of the car since i was already there and i need both valve cover gaskets replaced and both turbos are leaking oil, brake fluid is to shiz and the coolant expansion tank is cracked and both cv boots are broken. sooo basically i think i know what i need to do but im wondering if you guys have had similar problems and could suggest pointers or different ways to attack these problems or anything else. thanks

The valve cover gaskets, sensors, and coolant tank aren't too bad, but the turbos could be a problem, might want to go K04's if your gonna keep the car a while. Oh, and if the O2 sensors are bad, dont pay the shop to do it cuz it will be like 300 bucks. If you pick up some universal fit ones and know how to wire them, they are easy to install and much cheaper. good luck man,

thanks, the k04s would void my warranty but thankfully the k03s should be covered under my warranty. im not to worried, but im more sad/angry that so much was uncovered but then again thankful that im finding out now instead down the road broke down with no clue what happened. i havent searched yet but is there a diy for wiring up plugs or know a good spot to get them? im not retarded when it comes to most mechanical things so im sure i could figure it out but just to be sure i like pictures
