David way to be an *******!! The guy who caused the incident got exactly what he was asking for! Nice move speedfreak, the other guy was obviously driving reckless enough to end up in the guardrail, so f*ck him! If your that effing reckless to A. cut someone off and B. end up in the guard rail then its clear he is the one that doesn't deserve to have his license.
