Is there a black housing headlight kit for the B5 S4?

I know for sure that there is one. I too have been looking around for that kind of kit and I finally found a guy that has it, but I'm having a hell of a time getting in touch with him to get the details on his purchase. I'll post another reply if he ever tells me anything.

Is it an actual kit, or is it some guy that does it on his own? Does he have a website?

I wanna say that it is an actual kit, but don't know for sure. I just found out who the guy is that had the headlights done on his car and sent him a message. Now I'm just waiting for a response, the only problem is that he has a '97, and that may prove to be another obstacle to overcome. Don't worry, I'll keep you posted.

Jonnie,

Well, I've got some bad news. It isn't a kit. The guy I talked to goes by "Bong2611" on Audizine.com and he told me that for the one-piece headlights they pretty much have to be taken apart and painted. He was able to get them as is because he has two piece headlights from procarparts.com, but I checked it out on a whim only to find that the lights are only for '95 - '98.5 model A4s.

So if you fall in that range, great! Otherwise you've gotta do it yourself and hope you don't screw it up!

I'll keep lookin to see if there are any alternatives. But at this rate I wouldn't get your hopes up[:'(]

If you wanna check it out, here is the link to the thread he started on the subject.

Surprisingly, I'm actually kind of excited to do it myself! So I gues all hope isn't lost!
