Hi everybody, i bought a new 05 S4 last night, and audi's website has bi-xenon headlights as standard. My car also has the premium package, and when my sales person was showing me the car, i noticed that it doesn't have xenon high-beams, but it does have xenon low beams. the sales person then ran into the dealership and came back out saying that it is only available on the 06 model. So what's the deal, should my car have bi-xenons or what???

the 05 brochure says bi-xenon is standard, but maybe they printed it wrong in the book.

thanks, i love the car so far, but that is a big typo. I don't have the window sticker in front of me, but it might have it on there, is there anything i can do about this, or is it a lost cause?

 

I bought a new S4 avant two weeks ago and looked at your post and then the sticker. It does not mention that it comes with bi-xenon headlights. It does in the brochure but not on my window sticker. Also my xenon lights are not that white in color and a little blue yellow around the edges. The light pattern is not very straight like my other cars that have had xenon. It does have the auto height adjusting system that levels the lights when you turn them on. You should try to contact audiusa to see if it is a typo or not.

 

I don't think any cars have Xexon as the high beams to I think that might be illegal

 

other cars have it, luxury brands of course. I'm aware of mercedes having it, so i went to their website and the sl500 has it as an option.
