hello everyone... sad news..
its been raining for about 10 hours today... haha i left school and got into my car.. when i turned the lights on . i got a error "broken lightbulb" signal.. i checked out the front and the passenger headlight is all fogged up and the light doesn't work... the highbeam works though....
Im just going to open up the headlight. and put a new seal around them...
are there any upgradable lightbulbs? Bluer ones? higher power without spending tooo much money...
cuase if i play around with my headlights... ill do it all at once... ill pull the amber color out, and upgrade the bulbss...

please help me.. and give me some info thanks...

sure you can always get a different bulb. the stock is 4300k anything higher means the bluer it is.. but above about 5400k you start to lose brightness.

 

Sooks... did you change your bulbs? what kind of you have?

 

i havent yet... But i will probably do an upgrade at some point. I will prob do a 50w ballast w/ 5xxx k bulbs. Depends on manufacturer whta they offer.. a lot just skip right up to 6000k. I believe supreme performance parts has them.. but its kinda pricey. i need wheels first lol

 

Sooks u should go for the 12000K

U dont wont to go really no higher than bout 5000K, and go for the Philips, Hella & Osram the others just arent as clear as the Euro bulbs

 

yeah im going to get some around 5000k.... sooks why do you say 6000k if you lose the brightnes...
I use my car alot in the rain and snow... hahah rally in the snow soo i need a BRIGHT light!

 

you dont lose a ton with 6000k.. ideally id do like 5400k.. but its hard to come by.. most only have like 4300k or 6000k. so if i can ill do in the 5k range.
