Dont know if this helps but have you ever looked into a spoon? you see yourself upsided down because it is convex. The projector has the same affect with north south. If you aim the bulb down the light should go up and visa versa. so if the beem is down (as it is in your picture) try to reinstall the bulb but pointing down a little more. Hopfully that brings the bulb up. Make very little change to it. Like shooting a gun, small change in your aim = big change down range.

i thought it was one shot one kill? thanks ill try it this weekend
