How good of a leasing deal is this?
I am looking to pick up a 2005.5 S4 and the dealer has quoted me the following for a fully loaded (except power rear shade thingy) 6 speed manual S4:
$877/month, 36 months, 12K miles, 54% Residual, Option to buy at lease end for $28,900.
This is with no money down, plus all my signing fees rolled into my payments (taxes, registration, documentation, bla bla bla).
I've heard that a Residual of 58% is supposed to be good, is 54% that bad?
I am not sure what the money factor is though, but from those numbers it should be possible to figure out yes?
So is this a good deal? I called another nearbye dealer and for the same thing he qouted me mid 9 hundreds... Can I do better than this as well?

Don't know a whole lot about leasing. But I did lease mine in CA from Audi's special deals on there website. $499.00 a month with 4k down. I got a fully loaded 05 S4 Dolphin Grey. Sticker price 51k. $499.00 a month for this. I bit, and leased the car that same day!
