Default cold solder joints are baaaadd!!!

You could *maybe* fix it with an iron, probably not though. You need a heat bath to fix it properly, thats why it costs 150 bux. The tools are spendy. If any of you are familiar with the 360 rrod problems it's the same cause.

Evil - if you are good and wanna repair follow these directions. If you get good at it you could start doing them for people and charging less money. I know a few people in Binghamton area that need it done (including my S4)

The cheapest I found so far is $175 from a guy down in NJ. If I drive down there and get it fixed I save on shipping and he said it takes him about 1 - 1 1/2 hours for the repair. The only difference I heard between LCD screens is some show the bright red back ground (I think they are the Chinese ones on EBAY) and the others just show the digits in red like a factory LCD would.
