My S4 was stolen Thursday night. I don't plan on getting it back, so I got approved for a new loan. I have to wait another 14 days or something before it's declared a total loss, but I'm planning on flying to Vermont in a couple of weeks and driving back to TX in this:

royal suckfest. i had my bike stolen like 3 times by freakin' lowlives. good thing that you were insured and can just get a new one. and hopefully you didn't dump too much money into the old one. good luck!

I found a B7 that I like a lot, but now I'm wondering if I might be better off paying cash for a much cheaper car and hoarding money instead of spending it. I don't know, I guess I go back and forth between almost getting excited about a new car and feeling low about the old one.

At the advice of the police (probably to keep me from going nuts), I've been calling the Houston Tow Hotline a couple of times a day. A super nice lady to me said that based on her experience that I shouldn't hope to get my car back.

 

From a person that has had 3 cars stolen in arizona, don't expect to see it if its been more than 5 days. Its in Mexico! Where they can manipulate the immobilizer.
