Hola!!
Im looking to upgrade from the A4 to the B5 S4. I was debating this decision for quite some time and realized, I want an S4. It weighs just a bit more than the A4 but starts out with so much more HP and torque (and they look damn nice). So my question is... what should I look for? I know to look out for the timing belt and such, but is there anything else? What is known to go out with this engine.. or even car, if there is a large difference from the A4.

U should be looking for any mods to the car, If it has been chipped dont buy it. The car is know for blowing turbos at around 100,000 mi and with a chip tehy go faster. As u prolly know im looking at buying one also and i know exaclty what u are thinking. Also go to the link below for all info on the car as far as all know problems and how to fix them.

haha this is sweet i started a trend. Haha i was teh first (i believe) to be looking to upgrade to the B5 s4.

 

Its true, APG. I read your mind and said "I need an S4 now!" I immediately called up AWD and told him the story, "Thats it, I need an S4 too if APG is wanting one."

 

hehehe yea. Im a fuking genius. Haha. Well i have had all my questions answered right but i need to have him send me some pics of it. Lets hope it all turns out good.
