Hello all,

I just sold my 2006 STi and have always really liked Audi's but, the S4 has been calling my name.

I just had a few questions about the car in general. Are there any gotcha's to look out for? The S4 I am looking at is in super nice condition and only has 34k miles on it from the original owner. Does the S4 4.2L V8 have a timing belt or a chain? Are the auto-trannys pretty solid? From what I have read so far it seems like a very solid reliable car, I just want to know what I am getting myself into as far as maintenance is concerned. Thanks guys.
