Aren't there Audi Reps. that you can talk to rather than deal with the dealership. It's still under Audi warranty right.

 

Yes it is under audi warranty but they dont wanna pay for anything. I finally had to go into the dealership today because I left numerous messages and no returned call. Anyway the dealership where i purchased the car has agreed to fix it, however i have to tow it up there and the albuquerque audi dealership says it has to get paid to put the car back together before i can tow it, but Im not payin a penny! Im already going through the hassles and have to tow it 380 miles away!

Well I finally went to go pick it up in Colorado this past weekend, after towing it up there last weekend myself in pieces Phil Long Audi in Colorado Springs managed to put it all back together right by that wednesday! It was all covered under Audi warranty because there was no signs of abuse!! I personally saw the clutch and flywheel and they looked brand new, regardless of what they told me at Audi of Albuquerque it was in good condition and they acutally re-used and drives perfect
Ok now for the bad part, i had to pay $1000 to pick it up in Albuquerque for diagnostic fees or they would not release it. I also had to tow it myself 380 miles to colorado. However I did contact audi of america and they are getting comments and photos from both dealerships and I am hoping they resolve it in my favor with atleast a reimbursment for the $1000 fee I paid in ALB for nothing and hopefully the towing, as for the rooms i made a trip of it this past weekend Also I wanna thank Phil long audi service dept. for all the help and especially in a timely manner, they also lent me an awesome 08 a4 6-speed manual s-line that i really liked
