Hey I'm new to S4 99% chance picking up an 00' tomorrow. Disappointed that it's automatic, but couldn't pass up the deal. It's red on black.

I don't plan on doing too much modding since it's auto, but I'm interested in a BOV. I read through the forum and learned BOV's aren't good for Audi/VW turbo set ups, but instead to use a diverter valve or something? Any info on installing a BOV or getting that sound from the turbos will be appreciated.

As far as cosmetics I'm planning on doing some wheels, I'm thinking about matching red with a chrome lip. Some may think ricey, but I like it. Maybe chrome mirror housings, and looking for that trunk lip but can't find it anywhere.

 

look for an m3 lip spoiler. very common. yeah.. the wheel combo is a bit out there..but may be alright if done well. but thats your preference. dont do a bov, youre right, it uses a DV and doenst work with the set up as it throws off stuff. a dv reroutes the gasses back through the exhaust system instead of expelling into the atmosphere. so dont do it. you want more sound.. do a darintake..increases the airflow in..givs you more sound.
