New Setup
Last week I pulled my motor to swap out the headgaskets and slap in a new stage 3 clutch. After pulling off the lower passenger side inlet pipe, I quickly discovered that I had pwnt my turbo. It seems as though some sort of debris had made its way in there and dominated the fins of the turbo.
Here are some abbreviated pics of what we did and what we discovered.

Big ups to my buddy Clint for helping out. Guy knows his way arounds any motor.

Motor and tranny out, ready to install the new Vast Stage 3 clutch

While getting ready to pull the head off of the car we pulled the inlet pipes off of the turbo and found this bad boy.

After that we had some thinking to do. Eventually I decided on a single turbo setup. We have a friend that is going to custom fabricate some manifolds and a full 3.5" turboback exhaust for the turbo of my choice. The turbo will be on scale of a GT37 or T3-67. We are currently seeking out turbo options and may end up with a bullseye turbo, as they seem to spool very quickly given their size.
To support this setup, I plan to run some new forged rods 034 Motorsports, 44mm TiAL wastegate, 2.8 heads and cams, RS4 intake manifold, TI valves springs and retainers, and a snow performance methanol kit. To top it off, I will have my buddy Greg (currently tunes my wicked stage 3 setup) tune the big turbo setup.
I plan to run this setup with a MAF, as of now.
We are shooting for 650whp on pump with meth.
Keep you guys posted!

There are many advantages of a single turbo setup. One it will be nice to have the turbo on top of the engine somewhere where you will be able to take it out WITHOUT having to pull the motor. It's one less turbo to worry about. And It's just cool. I was planning on doing that with mine but I probably won't be now seeing as I am going to sell my car most likely.

The single turbo setup hasn't been started yet. As of now I am researching my part options and what I want to do for a turbo. I am sure that this is the route that we will be taking, as I don't feel like dealing with pulling the motor again to swap out turbos = )
The reason why I went with this setup was due to costs. I have pieced together this kit with rods and it is cheaper than a GT kit. Granted I am getting some good deals, in particular the custom manifolds and turbo back that is getting fabricated.
I also really wanted something different, and I think a single turbo conversion would be fairly unique. Hahah and also dealing with a warranty on my turbo will be better than dealing with those at Borg Warner.
My turbos only had 5k on a stage 3 setup. They were a beast when they were in, as I was able to pull on other stage 3's by bus lengths. Much of that was due to the solid tune that Greg set me up with!

eek maybe thats why they look they way they do at 5k
I really encourage you to go through with the single turbo, i hope it works out
