Default New Wheels and Rubber

Finally got my new wheels and rubber this weekend. I went with the HP Evo's - 18x8 (offset 31). I had to use spacers in the front. I wrapped them in General Exclaim 235/40/18. Next step - Coilovers!

Let me know what you think.

Where are the center caps?

The tires are not my fav for wet weather, so be careful with them. My stock rims came with a new set.

I told you you would be monster truckin. Get that puppy lowered and it will look a ton better. Also when you get it lowered let me know if you have any rubbing issues. I am working on getting some 18" Oettinger RE's and I have P235 tires to put on, but I am desperately hoping they dont rub because I dont want to roll fenders.

Company sent me Mercedes Benz center caps instead of the Audi Center caps. They shipped the Audi ones out yesterday. So if anyone knows of someone that needs Mercedes Benz center caps they can have them for free.

The tires are not my fav for wet weather, so be careful with them.
I had them out in the rain once all ready. I was more than satisfied with the handling. They held up just as good as my old set of p zero nero's.

Also when you get it lowered let me know if you have any rubbing issues.
It will be at least a month before I put the coilovers on. But I will let you know if you have not gotten your setup on yet.

Since I had these put on there is a slight vibration in the steering wheel. Would this be becasue of the spacers up front? I am using the ones that the company sent with the wheels. Can I get better spacers to alleviate this problem?

make sure you get it aligned by a certified Audi mechanic. The alignment on these things is very tempermental. Other then that I dont know what to tell ya..

I hoping some hubcentric spacers will solve the vibration problem. Any one know where to get some?
