one main area to check due to total loss of boost is the bearing on the turbo fan if its shot the the fan wont be spinning hence all the noise and no boost

 

ahh true, this is kind of out there but could the turbine shaft have cracked because it wasn't being oiled properly? because then the turbine wheel would spin like crazy giving that loud sound, and no boost because it's no connected to the compressor. like i said, that's far fetched but, possible?

 

OK, what controls the wastegates in these cars? That seems to be the problem, they are stuck open. Anyone ever hear of this?

 

I also have forge motorsports diverter valves, and an APR tune if that makes any difference in this too.

 

perhaps the n75 valve?

 

it was the turbo's. It let go on me today. What a smoke screen!!!! Time for K04's!

 

I am kinda bummed and didn't want to spend the cash just yet, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!

 

Man, who sold you that car? I'd be furious if in the first week I had to replace the tranny and turbos?!?!?

 

my work sold it to me. They are gonna pay for them to get fixed. I might pay the difference for k04's.

 

oh and they 100% paid for the tranny too. I actually did the tranny job then decided to buy it.
