Hi guys!

Just replaced the right side window regulator and now I want to tackle the two latest issues:

Noise up front:
'04 S4 with 60K it sounds like a bearing and/or water pump making noise. Has anyone experienced the same issue and what did it take to correct? please tell me the front end doesn't have to come off.

Broken motor mount:
After loosing to a Super Charged Hemi 5.7 I decided to work on my launch - 4K side steep seems to work best (no clutch slip). Now when you launch agressively (more than 2K) the shifter moves - indicating the engine is lifting. Anybody replace their yet? and what's involved.
