Default noises, smoke, and video, need some opinons/advice

okay the first video i had on here a while ago but no one could distinguish the sound so i took another one. its a clicking/ticking/rattling, my thoughts are the steering pump, timing belt was replaced 10k miles ago along with the water pump, its coming from the front of the engine tho and the noise gets faster when i rev it higher then goes away after about 2200 rpms..
its very low and kinda hard to hear

you can here it much better in this video, sounds kind of like a diesel
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYGqIhwEJV4 , yes it has oil

next issue is my exhaust, both vids were taken when the car was warmed up so condensation shouldnt be the issue and the smoke doesnt smell sweet like a coolant leak or cracked head gasket, engine oil is clean, turbos were replaced 3000 miles ago. temp outside was about 60 degrees
heres what it looks like at idle...

and here is reving it up, sorry you have to look into the reflection of the car next to me but i didnt have anyone to help..

is this normal? i know turbo engines tend to smoke more than regular NA motors but this seems a little excessive. sorry for the poor quality, i just have my cell phone for video

have you felt a difference in your power steering at all, or does the sound change when you move the wheels? it sounds like maybe the shaft on the power steering pump is worn, causing the blade to scrape... maybe, i don't know what type of pump the S4 uses; i'm guessing a vane setup.

could it be coming from the fan? eitherway, its hard to tell in the video, i'm really just guessing.

with the exhaust, if it doesn't smell sweet and you aren't loosing coolant, i would think it's something with the pipping itself. did you recently buy the exhaust? could be a finish on the metal that's just burning off

i did just get an exhaust but i've had it for about a month now with some very long road trips in between so im pretty sure anything that should have burned off is burnt off. plus it just smells like regular exhaust, nothin out of the ordinary which makes me dumb founded. plus that smoke was there before my exhaust too. also i did just change the steering fluid and i used to have a pretty nasty sounded squeak when turning the steering wheel hard over but now its quieted down a lot but that sound im trying to describe is still there. the fan may be the culprit but idk. the steering system is a rack and pinion so i dont know what fan blade you are talking about..
