Default Opinons please!

Hey everybody, long time no post. Turns out this whole "having a real job" thing is a lot more time consuming than being a lazy *** college kid lol. I finally had a chance to de-badge the guy, but I can't decide how far I wanna go. Here's what I've done so far, I thought I wanted to leave the Quattro badge on there but I can't decide now. Comments?

It's a personal choice. It looks good as is, but when I debadge, I'll be taking all of it off (except for the rings).

That picture makes me want to go wash my car. It's been too long since my *** has been that clean.

I kinda like it as it is. The quattro badge looks kind of nice up there - not nearly as obnoxious as the post-facelift models where the quattro badge is in the center of the trunk lid.

haha thanks man i had just finished waxing it when i took that picture. I was suprised how easily the adhesive came off too, went a lot quicker than i had anticipated. More time to drink a beer and enjoy the fruits of my labor lol

What did you use to get the adhesive off? The 2.8 is off but the outline is still there, and same with the A4, but someone put an s4 badge on it, i want to take them both off.

I used GooGone and a couple coats of Meguire's cleaner wax. I scraped the big chunks off with an old driver's license (kinda ghetto but it worked lol) and used the GooGone to get the adhesive off. The cleaner wax helped too because even after the GooGone you could still rub your finger along where the badges used to be and feel ridges, but the cleaner wax took those off nicely. I imagine polishing compound would work too if you were REALLY careful.
